About Emma
Emma began her career in nutrition when she contracted Spinal Meningitis, an often fatal illness. After seeking medical advice from many sources, she sought her own answers through nutrition, physiology, herbal and homeopathic research. Along with progressive medical doctors, she was able to correct her condition and halt the lifelong after effects that usually accompany it. She then went on to earn her degree in Clinical Homeopathy from Curentur University in Los Angeles, California as well as a certificate from The School of Fitness and Nutrition. Most recently Emma has received her diploma in Holistic Nutrition from Edison Institute of Nutrition. She has also studied herbology, kinesiology, and face reading.

She has authorized many articles on diet and exercise and has been a guest speaker at women’s groups and in classrooms. Due to her expertise, she is frequently invited to speak at special events, such as being the keynote speaker for the American Heart Association’s Womens’ Legacy Luncheon, which was held at the home of Robert Murdock, CEO of Dole.

Emma has opened and consulted with many natural food stores and has been a personal chef for various celebrities in the Los Angeles entertainment industry. She has been a “teaching chef” for patients of Home Health, a California- based physical rehabilitation center. She continues to conduct “Wellness Workshops” where attendees are taught the best ways to shop and prepare healthy foods. During her career, Emma has been the Nutritional Director of Rejuvalife, a Beverly Hills-based anti-aging clinic, and has opened and consulted for spa and skin care facilities of California-based cosmetic surgeons. She opened and managed the patient integration and nutritional departments of Medical Wellness Center in California, worked very closely with a Gastroenterologist, as well as provided nutritional consulting services across the state.

Since her relocation to South Carolina, Emma has worked very closely with physicians here in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas doing presentations when requested as well as brainstorming for the wellbeing of the patients. Emma has recently moved to her new location in Market Commons where now her consultations come with cooking classes as well as the option for private and/or group cooking classes whether needed for adults or children. She continues to do consulting work at Bay Naturals in the upper Myrtle Beach area once a month and presentations where requested at local businesses and schools.
